Every person in the group love gaming. League of Legends, one of the most popular MMO-based game right now. Online gaming is growing more popular as time goes on. Every where around the world, people begin to treat e-sports as a competitive sport. Top notch players are being sponsored by international electronic production companies. Such as Asus, Acers, Intel, etc. As people falls in love even more with gaming, people pursue live broadcasts on TV. With college being so stressful, playing video games or watching other people play and just watch the tournaments can relieve stress and play with your peers to improve your relationship.

My name is Kwong Yip, also known as Jacky. I am a very casual person. Some hobbies of mine are eat, sleep, play video games, workout, and maybe research things about strategies to win a game and nutrition. I was part of Francis Lewis HS’s JROTC (Junior Reserved Training Officer Corps) drill team. We went to Daytona, Florida to compete in a national high school drill event. Too bad we didn’t win. Right now I am undecided on my major. It will be either computer science or accounting. I will definitely minor in nutrition because I want to become a part time personal trainer.
As of now, I play World of Warcraft, Soldier Front 2, Guild Wars 2, and a little bit of StarCraft 2. Can’t wait for GTA 5 to come out for PC. I used to be a hardcore gamer. Since college, it is hard to find time for games. Now I am a casual player for all those games.
I work out 3-4 times a week. I used to be fat. Really fat. It was during my junior year in high school that I decided to workout. I feel like I have more energy physically (for sports and other physical activities). However, I still fall asleep in class because I don’t get enough sleep. If anyone needs advice on training, I am the guy to come to.
Eating and sleeping is probably the most important thing for anyone who takes working out seriously. If you don’t eat right or get enough sleep, your muscle growth will not be able to reach its max potential. By eating right, it doesn’t mean you can’t eat whatever you want. It just means that you can’t go over your calorie limit. By watching your calorie intake, you can achieve a body that you want. Of course it won’t be easy. Sleeping is just important because you are resting your body and repairing any damaged cells during the process. These knowledge came from the research I did online.
