Needless to say, I have procrastinated many things during my first semester at Baruch. Ergo, I have been put under a lot of stress. This semester for me was more of a trial and error. I now know how I should be approaching my assignments and studying for exams. I have actually enjoyed being at Baruch. There is this certain atmosphere that makes me feel welcome and actually like coming to school. Many of the people here are genuine, making them easy to talk to and get along with. I honestly can not wait for the experiences of the next 3 and a half years.

Enrichment Workshop-Christina Coleman
I had honestly never heard of the Rubin Museum of Art until we went there. Overall, the trip was very educational. I had learned about Buddhism in my freshman year of high school, so this was a reinforcement of those teachings. However, I did learn that being a human is considered the closest one can be to achieving nirvana.

The songs I chose represent things I can relate to. Each song has a meaning to me, from just being a song I can laugh over to one I can cry over. All of the music that I listen to helps me express myself in ways that speaking to someone can’t.
