The first picture in my Powerpoint is of Sawako from Kimi ni Todoke. I think Sawako’s eye bags are a great representation of my own. I always procrastinate, so I stay up late to finish homework. The lack of sleep causes my eye bags to be super dark. My mom even bought me eye cream because she said that I have panda eyes! The second picture in my slideshow is of Erysimum, also known as wallflower. I’m referring to the personified definition of wallflower, rather than the actual plant. It takes a while for me to open up to people. Sometimes, I don’t really know what to say during conversations, so I end up being either quiet or I give short responses. People tend to take it the wrong way and think that I hate them. It’s not that at all; I’m always grateful for people who make the effort to talk to me! The third picture in my slideshow is of rice. My life will never be complete without rice, because I eat it every day! Eating rice gives me the satisfaction of being full. The fourth picture in my slideshow is of a PS3. I started gaming during first grade on my cousin’s Gameboy Color. Shortly after, I bought a Gameboy Advance for myself. Currently, I’m playing Tales of Symphonia HD on my PS3; it is on hold right now, because I’m getting too much work from college. (If any of you have a PS3, tell me, so I can add you on PSN!!) The fifth picture in my slideshow is of a piano. Since kindergarten, my dad bought me electronic keyboards to play. I never received real piano lessons until I was sixteen. I was inspired to officially learn how to play the piano because of Final Fantasy. One of my favorite pieces from the Final Fantasy franchise is To Zanarkand. The sixth picture in my Powerpoint is of BEAST. BEAST is the first boyband that got me hooked to K-Pop. I started to listen to K-Pop in 2008 through a friend’s recommendation. I thought that it was okay, but nothing to get crazy over. However, BEAST was the first boyband to debut with really great songs; I liked every single song from their debut album. Ever since then, I started to listen to K-Pop more. 90% of the music in my library is Korean-related. The seventh picture in my Powerpoint is of a volleyball. Volleyball is probably my favorite sport after badminton. Many people don’t like playing volleyball because it hurts their arms. The pain doesn’t bother me, but I end up with a million busted tiny blood vessels after every game because of my sensitive skin. The last photo in my slideshow is of Tokyo Ghoul. I enjoy reading manga more than English books during my free time. I only recently started to read Tokyo Ghoul; I can’t wait to finish it because I heard many great things about this series!
