Freshman Seminar Fall 17 CMA

InterVarsity Christian (Student Life Blog)

I have always considered myself a Christian. I was raised in a Christian household, both my parents just happen to be ministers. Although I have always considered myself to be Christian, I didn’t necessarily have a strong relationship with God and my faith until I turned 14. At my high school, Bayside, I was a part of their Seekers Christian club. There I made connections that, I believe, will most definitely be lifelong. When I heard that Baruch had a large selection of clubs, I immediately thought of a Christian club. When I attended the general interest meeting I wasn’t exactly sure if I would join, but after going to one of their small group meetings, I was reminded of the relationships I made in my high school’s Seekers club. I really enjoyed fellowshipping with the members,  and I enjoyed having an intense conversation about faith. I look forward to attending the next InterVarsity Christian club meeting.
