Brazil Brown Bag Seminar Series: Is Brazil Catching Up or Falling Behind?

The lecture will be given by Carmen Feijo, a professor at Fluminense Federal University (UFF). The presentation will discuss the basic driving forces of the behavior of productivity and economic development in the long-run, based on a Kaldor-Thirwall theoretical framework, in order to examine whether Brazil has been catching up or falling behind.
