This program is part of our Race, Myth, Art, and Justice exhibition public program series.

Join poet, musician and activist Felipe Luciano, for an interactive discussion around the power of music and spoken word when forging narratives of purpose and intentionality of justice. Luciano will discuss various examples of how poets and musicians have utilized their craft to create the voice, music, movement, and narrative to awaken our consciousness throughout the decades, and ultimately interrupt and dismantle discrimination and false histories.
