MUSIC SOUSOU! PAN-DIASPORA RHYTHMS!
SouSou Saturdays are monthly family-oriented art-making, dance, and music workshops held every second Saturday of the month at the Caribbean Cultural Center African Diaspora Institute.
Music making is like breathing in African Diaspora cultures. Come celebrate the many living music traditions journeying to the continent, to the Caribbean, and the Americas. Many African musical traditions live on in Samba, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Blues, Soca, Rock and Roll, Merengue, Rumba, Cumbia, Tango, and more.
