Reflection

After attending the lecture I was intrigued about the subject and how government’s role when it comes to censorship. It is unfortunate that many things that we may not know will never be revealed due to it almost being erased from history. It’s really important to analyze and put the pieces of the puzzle together to understand the meaning for such “outrage”. It is important to recognize the impact government has on whether to censor something which will impact people’s perception of the subject.

I really agree with you, it is really important to look into things into a deeper context and try to understand beyond what is given to find what is really true. And it is really interesting that the government has such power to really silence people that could really alter the balance of a particular situation.

I agree! I think this requires us to do more work on our part, in terms of putting in the effort to put the pieces together, and not just rely on one source of information (especially if it is regulated by the government) since it could be censored.
