Dear Scholars,
I am writing to inform you of the upcoming Baruch College Spring Semester Study Abroad Fair. The Spring Semester Fair will be held on Thursday February 17th, 2011 from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m. in the Auxiliary Gym of the William and Anita Newman Vertical Campus. I have attached a PDF copy of the flyer for the fair.
Well over than three hundred students attended the Study Abroad Fair last fall. These fairs offer a wonderful opportunity for program providers to speak to Baruch students about the study abroad programs available to our students. This year, exchange students from our partner universities who are studying at Baruch this term will again be staffing tables to give Baruch students even more authoritative information about campus life abroad. The Study Abroad Fair also gives Baruch faculty members the chance to learn more about the programs our students attend. Understanding the kinds of academic and cultural experiences our students have abroad will help you gain a better sense of how study abroad might be more thoroughly integrated into a student’s overall college career.
If you have any questions regarding the details of the fair, please contact the Baruch Study Abroad Office by phone at (646) 312-2090, or via email at [email protected]. Ms. Natalie Garcia will be coordinating the Study Abroad Fair for the Spring Semester 2011.
We look forward to seeing you at the fair.
