Bildner Center for Western Hemisphere Studies

February 14, 2011 By JVaisman

Reminder!

Dear Scholars,

At present, I’m working as Special Projects Coordinator for the Bildner Center for Western Hemisphere Studies at the Graduate Center, a small research center that hosts events and various symposia, produces publications, and engages in other academic endeavors. We are currently organizing a three-day international symposium on Cuba and are in need of volunteers to assist with various aspects of the conference, including assisting participants from Cuba, acting as greeters, timekeepers, etc… We would be able to provide all of the documentation necessary for community service hours, and I can answer any questions you may have regarding the event.

The conference will be held from March 31-April 2, 2011 at the Graduate Center on 34th Street and Fifth Avenue.  More information can be found at www.cubasymposium.org

Please e-mail me at [email protected] to sign-up for this volunteer opportunity.

Thank you!
