The CUNY Pipeline Program is a 1 year developmental fellowship offered by the Graduate Center, CUNY. The goal of the program is to aid undergraduates in applying to and preparing for graduate level doctoral studies at any accredited university in the U.S. Eligibility is limited to any juniors at CUNY undergraduate programs (like Baruch) with a 3.2 GPA who are interested in pursuing a doctoral degree. Unfortunately law and medical doctoral degrees are excluded. While anyone meeting these criteria can apply underrepresented groups are especially encouraged to apply. Benefits for accepted CUNY Pipeline fellows include over $5000.00 in total benefits. Some of the specific benefits include:
- $1,500.00 summer stipend
- Full GRE and graduate school application fee reimbursement
- Free Kaplan GRE prep courses
- Stipends for presenting at the CUNY Pipeline Conference and completion of senior thesis
- $1000.00 transitional allowance upon acceptance into a doctoral program
