Fall Experience

September 12, 2011 By lmaestro

What is the Fall Experience?
Our Winning Women Fall Experience is designed for female juniors to learn more about our company, our businesses and our culture. The Fall Experience offers an inside look at what working at a leading financial services firm is like. These events, which typically take place at our NYC headquarters, give students an opportunity to meet some of our top women and could lead to a summer internship. It will put you on track to join us full-time, because we hire a majority of our full-time Analysts from our internship class. Prior to the Fall Experience, we recommend attending the Spring Experience as a freshman or sophomore to gain deeper insight into the industry at large.

To hear more, visit the Winning Women Alumnae profiles and find out how Winning Women has helped many of our Analysts and Associates launch their careers.

Who’s eligible?
The Winning Women Fall Experience is open to female juniors from all majors who are interested in financial services and who meet the GPA minimum of a 3.5 for the Investment Bank and a 3.2 for Asset Management.

But that’s not all. We want to know about what else you are involved in – so tell us about your extracurricular achievements – particularly those that show your leadership qualities. We’re looking for strong communicators with solid analytical, quantitative and technical skills. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We want to see that you can thrive here.

How do I apply?
Below are the application dates for the Investment Bank and Asset Management Winning Women Fall Experiences.

Investment Bank: October 15, 2011, application details coming soon
Asset Management: October 3, 2011, , click here to apply

There are multiple event dates for the Fall Experience, depending on which school you attend. Be sure to apply to the date that corresponds to your school.
