Ernst & Young is excited to host the Diversity Leadership Conference!
The program will take place Friday, June 1, 2012 in New York. This program will be an interactive event for diverse freshmen who are interested in learning about a career in professional services.
Why are we hosting this conference?

This conference is a way for Ernst & Young to share how a career in professional services can be an exciting, challenging, and rewarding experience.
What will participants learn?
DLC participants will learn how to prepare themselves for future careers within public accounting and have the opportunity to network with peers and Ernst & Young professionals. You’ll learn how to prepare yourself for success in your personal life, and your academic and professional career.

Who should apply?
You should apply to attend the DLC if you are:
A Freshmen who self-identifies as Native American, Hispanic, or Black (groups which have historically been under-represented in the accounting industry)
Thinking about majoring in Accounting, Management Information Systems, Finance or related major
How do students apply?

Students will be notified of their acceptance to the DLC by mid-May
