GEICO’s management development program seeks graduates from top schools across the country. We consider candidates who excel academically, demonstrate leadership on campus, at work or within the community, and who desire to one day lead a team. This highly-selective, rotational program offers two distinct career tracks: Operations Management and Information Technology. Emerging Leaders learn our business from the ground-up through various job rotations and special projects, and by working with mentors and attending management seminars. Our goal is to help you become a successful manager in IT or one of our major insurance operations within two to three years.

In this entry level, management training program you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of one of our major insurance operations: Underwriting: (Sales & Customer Service), or Claims.
