Scholarship Opportunity from Asian Women In Business

The Asian Women In Business Scholarship Fund

Asian Women In Business (AWIB) is a non-profit organization with a mission of supporting corporate and professional Asian women. Every year, they offer a scholarship opportunity for outstanding Asian women undergraduate students.

The Asian Women In Business Scholarship encourages and promotes exceptional Asian female students who have demonstrated scholarship, leadership, community service and/or entrepreneurship. Each recipient of the AWIB Scholarship Fund will be awarded $2,500.

ELIGIBILITY:

  • Female and of Asian or Pacific Islander ancestry
  • Have one or more of the following:
  1. A leadership role in a community endeavor
  2. A record of entrepreneurial achievement
  • Enrolled full-time in an accredited 4-year undergraduate institution in the U.S. at the time of application and award. Please be advised that this scholarship is for currently enrolled undergraduates who have completed at least one semester.
  • Maintain a minimum 3.0 (out of 4.0) undergraduate GPA at the time of application. The most recent college transcript is required.
  • Provide a minimum of one professional recommendation.
  • Fully complete and sign the AWIB Scholarship Application.
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • The scholarship is a one-time $2500 award.
  • We will be accepting applications till October 1st, 2015.
