T.E.A.M Baruch: 2015 Recruitment & Selection Process
T.E.A.M. Baruch is a student leadership development program that affords students the opportunity to unearth and develop their leadership potential. Through intense training students are empowered to take action and help make positive social change for the betterment of their community, the Baruch community, and the global community at large.
Joining T.E.A.M. Baruch and successfully completing the training program will enhance your self-awareness, communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution and mediation skills. These key assets are essential to helping you develop strong relationships and will give you the tools you need to help you become a better leader. Successful completion of the T.E.A.M. Baruch training program will allow you to be eligible to apply for PAID peer mentor positions on campus such as:
- Freshmen Seminar
- Orientation Leaders
- PAWS (Peers Advocating Wellness Services)
- Peers for Careers
- Peer Academic Advisors
- Resident Assistants

Attend a MANDATORY Information Session in NVC 2-125.Sessions will take place during October and applications are due by Tuesday, November 3, 2015.
