Congrats to Alyssa Lubrino ’13, a four-time champion in women’s swimming and the 2013 CUNYAC Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
For our second story, we present swimmer Alyssa Lubrino ’13, a four-time champion in women’s swimming and the 2013 CUNYAC Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
Alyssa majored in accounting with an English minor and boasted a 3.669 GPA. She was in the Baruch Honors College and graduated in three-and-a-half years. Upon graduation, she later earned her Master of Science in accounting from Baruch in 2014.
As a busy undergraduate student, the swim team captain served as the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) Representative for the CUNY Athletic Conference to the National Division III.
She also traveled on the 2011 CUNY Goodwill Tour to New Orleans to assists victims in the rebuilding efforts for Hurricane Katrina. Among her individual accolades was being named the Sportsmanship of the Year and a Conference All-Star in 2012-13.
