Venture for America Fellowship – Early Admission for Juniors

Venture for America (VFA) is a nonprofit program that places our best and brightest at startups in emerging cities, helping build businesses, create jobs, and make an impact. Current Juniors who already know that they want to build a business and have a real impact after graduation have the chance to apply for the Class of 2017 now. VFA is a 2-year fellowship program designed to give recent grads the job, training, mentorship, and support they need to learn how to become business leaders moving forward. Selected Fellows will join the program after their 2017 graduation and spend two years building a business while getting the experience they need to one day start a venture of their own.

VFA Fellows receive: training (including a sneak peak of the training program in summer 2016) and mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs; a full time, salaried job placement at a startup or growth-stage company; a network and community of talented peers; access to seed investment exclusively for VFA alumni and the opportunity to rebuild the country through entrepreneurship.

Eligibility: To apply for the Venture for America Fellowship early deadline for Juniors, candidates must be a US Citizen or permanent resident; will be earning their first undergraduate degree between July 2016-June 2017; have earned a cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher; and have a compelling internship or skill-building experience lined up for the summer. Candidates from all fields of study are welcome to apply.

More information and instructions on how to apply is available at: http://ventureforamerica.org/

Applications deadline: Monday April 11, 2016 (Early deadline for Juniors)
