Congrats to Konstantin Dukhovnyy for being awarded the Colin Powell Fellowship. He will be working at the Office of Foreign Missions, United Nations, this summer. He hopes to study the legal framework under which the diplomatic community works and how international law shapes the decisions and interactions between diplomats, both domestically and abroad every day.
