Personal Experience
I was born in Inner Mongolia. The most famous food in Inner Mongolia is the Instant-boiled mutton. And the most famous restaurant in Inner Mongolia is the little sheep hot pot. The unique fresh lamb in Inner Mongolia is accompanied by a well-preserved sauce, which is really rare.Whenever our family sits around the table and eats a steaming lamb hot pot, a sense of well-being will spread. I return to my hometown every year, and the first meal I eat at home must be mutton. For me, mutton is not only a kind of food, but also represents the taste of hometown, representing a strong family relationship between a family.Although I rarely returned home in the past few years, the picture of a family eating a mutton hot pot around the table was always imprinted in my heart.
