Well said the author (Cristy C. Road) makes it clear how Green Day is a main point and part of the personality of the main character and builds her personality and identity; I think why the author sees herself or identifies so much with Green Day us because how different was the band and was out the rules was implemented into the late of the 20^th century I can included of how people judged a lot the looks of the band just to be punk but that time; the song is more related after I heard a few songs of green day and jump on in albums was “Road of Acceptance”. I think all the Green Day music is more related to her personality, way the views the world and her experiences; meaning this because when a part of the element of the character of how she was required to need the stereotypes in her household the author makes a point of she was like a ‘boy’ because she like everything diverse than other girls even in her grade/high school. Way the vibe of Green Day and their lyrics are matched with the draws and are expressed in many ways, Green days experts about how they feel about society and their thoughts while Road does the same thing, in each draw expressing the thoughts she is passing through and the feeling about the oppression feels into her family and society close to her.

         All the artist Road mentioned in the book makes related things with all the dynamics and out of rules of the society of the late 20^th century, broke the rules and out of the regular system was established most for minorities groups like the author (Road) at queer Cuban immigrant who comes form at conservative family and tries to find herself, express herself and explained to her Cuban conservative family; was pointless like a weird or rebel just because she was different and try to broke the role.

         I’m a big fan of everything; I’m a nerd in this type of topic, but something can represent I going to have a few options but still difficult for me. If I choose music the singers who could represent me are Zayn, Taylor Swift and SZA, I would choose them because the lyrics they make always say what is going on in my kind in diverse areas in my life; if I choose books I would choose at the specific author of fantasy, Sarah J. Maas and her all universe of books, I choose her because in every female character has an aspect of my personality and my way to view the world, be passionate and confident and some aspect and other me completely insecure and be a bad person just for protect others than myself. On the movies, I could not choose any, but gender can be romantic movies, I’m a hopples romantic but I don’t show any of those, sitcoms (friends, Big Bang Theory, The Simpson, etc). Something all this title can say something about myself like a human representation of my state of mind, the love I give or my unstable way of surprising everyone with my actions and my legacy in this way, I look myself in every side when someone hears or look something as the topic I love, and I created that since I stared know myself I little bit; an example of that can be each time I talk about the lyrics and how feels in my soul I feel under the table and not alone because I overthink so much and feel a lot but I never teel, every time I heard Zayn music is because of that.
