Moral principles govern the decisions and conduct of managers; they should reflect both corporate culture and societal values. You will be confronted with situations when their actions may harm or benefit the organization and its stakeholders. You will learn to apply criteria for ethical decision making, including individualism, utilitarian, justice, and moral-rights approaches to managerial ethics, as well as to recognize external factors that govern ethical decision making. This modules will conclude with discussion of an applied case in which you learn to evaluate different approaches to an ethical dilemma and rank them according to organizational and societal values.
