Managers need to provide effective leadership. For this session, you will take an inventory of personal assets that contribute to effective leadership, and will learn how to identify their relevant strengths and weaknesses. Skills taught in this module include developing a solid knowledge base, setting directions for others, developing partnerships, and using vision, passion, and enthusiasm in interacting with direct reports.
