Persuasion and influence help managers achieve aims and solve problems; a persuasive manager will reach his or her goals while treating others fairly. You will learn about the process of negotiation in order to meet and exceed personal and organizational goals. Skills taught will focus on how to prepare clear aims and objectives, define least acceptable and alternative options, as well as the use of different negotiating strategies.
