Welcome to module 2 of Mastering Management!
We are kicking things of this week with a session on “Performance Management”.
This is one of the toughest in this module (more technical in terms of content), so there is no pre-session reading to compensate. It will lay the foundation for the remaining sessions in the module, which are all generally focused on “developing others”.
For next week, we have a very interactive session on coaching. You will receive a pre-session assessment which will result in a report for you (which will be discussed in class). Our third and fourth sessions (in May) will deal with developing others and teamwork, respectively. We have a great roster of instructors scheduled for this module, and I hope you enjoy the experience.
I will be at most of the sessions to introduce instructors. At that time, we will also have time to chat informally if you have any concerns, need additional material, or have questions regarding other aspects of the program.
