Group B Audience Questions Check-in
Who is your audience?
Customers in a bubble tea store
Why did you pick this audience?
our target learning is language discrimination. To share similar experiences, we think that Asian young people are fit in.
What is your relationship to this audience?
No special, but they may have experienced similar to us.
Where is this audience located?
-bubble tea store
How will you reach this audience?
we will visit to the bubble tea store, and ask them politely to be in the project
How will you know if your audience has heard you?
after teaching, we will discuss and share the experience. And if allowed, we will record their experience.
In what ways will this audience be most inclined to engage with the lesson? (i.e. asking questions, making debate, adding their own sources of knowledge, sharing the information with others, etc.)
they will answer our questions, or share their own experiences if possible.
So I love the idea of a Bubble Tea shop audience. I think I see the reason why you pick this audience because of its relation to the bubble tea in ABC, and also because your group articulates a shared identity. Still in your final project write – up you will need to be a lot more detailed about why you picked this audience than you are here in this check in. I also think you need to be more detailed in your explanation of the relationship between you and your audience members because I think you picked this audience partly because of a common relationship you assume they have.
I’m wondering do you think asking people to be a part of the project will work? What will you tell them project is? How long do you think it will take? Will you be asking them to participate in like a 15 minute discussion?
