Considering how vast the effects of the Shutdown were, it makes sense that some problems may have stuck around for a little while. The article brings up an example that’s happening in Chicago, but we can expect that there are many other effects as well. Many people are likely worried that they will have to go through this whole ordeal again in January. Hopefully that isn’t the case, but we have no way of knowing for sure at this time. We are just going to need to hope that things go well for all of the people who are struggling because of this event.
