My life matters because I am a young women who is constantly looking to improve and grow. I know that everything I do has an impact on the world therefore I use my opportunity as a student in college to make a difference. the more educated I become the more I am able to spread awareness and be the change where I feel necessary. I realize that simply befriending a peer can make a difference. My life matters because when I treat everyone who I encounter equally I am setting the standard that everyone is created equally. I can only change the world if I try and use the time that I have to actually take action and by taking action I am proving that my life matters.
