Exercise 10 minutes
I remember that I would not be able to play to my fullest due to my physique. When we had practices I would be the one slowly falling apart while the rest of the team are not even sweating. As I experienced the hot gym and all the humidity, I would lose focus and dose off somewhere else in my head. I eventually got used to being lost in practice that my team would sigh as I mess up my role as a passer. A year went by and I looked at myself in the mirror, being frustrated with my body that I decided to do a little home workout to past the time and give myself a boost of confidence. When it came to my junior year of high school, I walked into the gym with confidence and no one to make fun of me, most of them. We started playing and I noticed the changes in my body and in my mind.
