This article emphasizes the idea that even though we have devices that hold all the information, we still rely upon dated methods to answer our questions. Librarian Rosa Caballero-Li details how people still write to librarians with bright questions, looking for satisfactory answers. Caballero-Li further highlight the role of a librarian and their necessary expertise. I wanted to quote a certain phrase in the article that, to me, made me think back to when technology wasn’t widely known yet.

Explains the usage of phones and how they helped us through our daily lives. The author then showed a few examples of what a phone can and cannot do. With this source, I could pull ideas out that are generally used in a phone and try to bring the main audience.
