The Rising Starr Sophomore Program (RSSP) has two main purposes: to help sophomores get a head start in career development, and to meet the growing workforce demand for early leaders. RSSP fellows spend their academic year engaging in soft-skill development activities such as; presentations, team projects, written assignments, networking events, and career programming.
The Passport to Partnership (P2P) is for sophomores and juniors who are interested in accounting. Their students participate in most RSSP activities and have access to special accounting-related events.
