An interactive mobile educational space known as the Recyclarium was revealed on Tuesday, July 31st, at P.S. 63 in the East Village. This vehicle features interactive games that will teach children about recycling. This vehicle is a New York City initiative that targets promote sustainability and reduce carbon emission.
It is important to teach young people about recycling. Recyclarium features games such as the “Take-Back/Donate” section which directs students to open doors that leads to information about what kind of things can or cannot be recycled. It also contains fun facts about recycling.
The Recyclarium will be visiting schools throughout NYC in the upcoming school year.
