This Teaming@Baruch site was inspired by our students and our research. We are both passionate about helping our students collaborate effectively in the classroom and then transferring those skills to their professional lives where teamwork is often essential. We study teams from different perspectives: Molly from a psychological lens and Minna from a communications lens.
Thanks to the introduction by Allison Lehr Samuels (Center for Teaching and Learning), we formed our own interdisciplinary team to build this site, which we hope reflects the synergies from our different areas of expertise and our shared commitment to our students.
We want to extend special thanks to Allison Lehr Samuels, Shiraz Biggie, and the team at the CTL for their inspiration and support in the development of this site. We couldn’t have done this without them.
