They talk about how Huck struggle in coming to the terms of the social norms and always to tries to break away from it. The group’s idea of listing down the quotes and examples on the board makes it easier for the viewer to understand and refer which part they are actually talking about.
#HuckHood The thematic importance of this hashtag as mentioned by the group is to show the self maturation of Huck. They talks about how there is a shift in Huck’s character as the novel develops and how he is able to be aware of his moral consciousness. The group did a good job in actually giving us circumstances in which we can effectively incorporate this hashtag as well.
#AntiSivilized This group’s theme was similar to the #Idon’tgiveaHuck theme to some extent. They also talk about how Huck is a “rebel in his own way” and the difficulties he have in conforming to the social norms. However, this group focus more on the sivilization part and they believe Huck does not fancy the idea of being sivilized like everybody else. Their theme was clear overall and they provided enough evidence for their claim.
#illgotohell The theme of their hashtag is to show the confusion that Huck has to go through due to the way society works. The hashtag focusses on Huck’s “moral compass” and how he always tries to put himself in the position of his society when faced with certain situation, but he ends up doing something contradictory to the ways of society.
