Week 4
Last week I had to deliver patterns that I picked for chairs previous week at D&D Building. I also returned patterns we don’t need anymore.
I continued working on real estate proposal for which I created 5 different versions.
Another project I work on was the construction site Sign. I also created 5 different versions.
Even though I don’t like vintage/colonial style, last week I went to Pocono where we stayed at Skytop Lodge. It is decorated in Dutch Colonial style which resembles work of designers I work with. Our room was very airy, had a lot of windows. Designer of the room hotel used a lot of pinkish, blueish and yellowish tones of walls and furniture. I guess i was able to find something that i like in this style. Even though i don’t think i would live in house like this, but it was a nice experience.
For my personal project i set up an InDesign document which is a skeleton of my portfolio. I worked on variations of cover page and on my resume which i’m planning to include in my portfolio.
