About Us:
Founded as the ‘Baruch Poll’ in 1994, Baruch College Survey Research (BCSR) designs and conducts surveys for government agencies, nonprofit organizations, media and academic partners. A full-service research center – and the only survey research entity within the City University of New York – BCSR provides sampling, survey design, administration, weighting, analysis and consultation for surveys on a wide range of public affairs topics. Combining the expertise of the School of Public Affairs faculty, staff, graduate students and highly trained interviewers, BCSR specializes in careful, objective survey research on policy-relevant issues affecting New York City.
Our Goals:
- BCSR services the mission of the School of Public Affairs in bringing together the resources and intellectual capital of a vibrant, interdisciplinary community of scholars, practitioners and students dedicated to the best research, teaching and service in public policy.
