Baruch College Survey Research

Baruch College Survey Research operates a full-service, 24-station Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) lab. The lab is staffed by trained, experienced interviewers, who are certified in Human Subjects Research by the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI). Interviewers are thoroughly monitored by supervisors and staff for quality and compliance with the standards set by the American Association for Public Opinion Research (AAPOR).
