SEEK and Baruch’s Pioneering History

Did you know the first graduate of the City University of New York’s  pioneering SEEK program is Baruch graduate, Patricia A. Stonewall?  She later became  a doctoral candidate at CUNY’s Graduate Center and an instructor in Black and Latino Studies?  She was an activist for gender equity, and authored the very first report on women’s equal positions as students, faculty, and staff?

Today, Baruch’s SEEK students graduate at a rate much higher than any other student demographic–their achievement raises the bar at Baruch and elevates its graduation rates so that Baruch ranks at the top of all CUNY colleges.
