ENG 2150

Well here it is!  Last post was truly a heavy and revealing view into my life (sorry if you got lost in there!) so I decided to switch it up today by keeping it lighter and more optimistic.  As you all know, I am taking the ENG 2150 course at Baruch College.  Why?  The simple reason would be that it is a requirement to enter Zicklin Business School, however I would take this class regardless of that fact.  Growing up, I always had a fascination with reading that continues to this day.  Reading allowed me to escape reality and take the role of characters living exciting adventures.  The monotone dullness of life could easily be replaced with a saturation of vibrant experiences.  As I grew older, I became encouraged to write myself, and have won multiple awards for the poetry genre.  Then why I am taking this course specifically?  This class allows me to step out of my normal comfort zone and explore new topics, authors, and genres that I could of never known before.  Not only am I able to broaden my horizons within the language, but I am also able to engage with peers with similar passions for writing and reading.  Before this, I have never had a true blog before, and here I am with Delectable Danielle revealing my thoughts to the world.

Signing off,

Delectable Danielle
