I recommend Chocolate!!

Summary

I would recommend chocolate. White chocolate, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, everything except mint chocolate. Cannot understand eating mint flavored anything, it really does taste like eating your toothpaste in the morning and swallowing it down to your throat. (No offense to anyone who actually does like it)
A regular Hershey's bar or Lindor's chocolate is probably everyone's childhood sweet treat. I remember my family buying boxes of Ferrero Rocher's at a time and I would be able to finish them so quickly. For people who don't have a big sweet tooth, please go try dark chocolate. Personally, I love chocolate and I would always have a couple packs of it in my fridge. I may not have fruits or even food in my refrigerator but i will always have some chocolate. Eating chocolate thats frozen hits differently from having a half melted chocolate. You put the whole package in the fridge, and whenever you are craving one, just take one out and bit into it like chips. It doesn't melt immediately and you chew a couple of bites of frozen chocolate before it starts melting away in your mouth. In addition, adding chocolate to many foods just makes it so much better. Chocolate chips on ice cream, chocolate bars, cake, cookie, brownies, yogurt, fruits, marsh mellow, and chocolate fudge! The sweet creamy texture of it melting away in your mouth just makes my day and brings me to a good mood bringing away emotions from a bad day. Personally, I really like Lindor chocolate truffles. I really need to know how they make it. The outer crust is hard chocolate and surprising enough, once you bite into it, the inner portion is already soft and creamy. It's a personal brand favorite that i love but of course I have tried a lot of branded chocolates.(Currently have two packs of DOVE dark chocolate freezing in my fridge.)
It's hard to believe that chocolate is considered a vegetable as it comes from cocao beans. Chocolate is made from cocao beans and it takes about 400 seeds to make just one pound of chocolate. In addition, studies show that eating a set amount of chocolate every day can be a part of an balanced healthy lifestyle. For people who eat really healthy and don't consume sweet treats, very pure dark chocolate is recommended. It provides similar effects for your body as an americano and can also help in people who are trying to loss weight.
