This course has really helped me with my writing and time management. In terms of my writing I’ve learned to analyze things deeper than what is being projected. In high school most of my essays restricted me from writing about personal things or opinions but with the projects we’ve done so far, I’ve been pushed to add in a story of my personal experience to make my writing better. When it comes to time management, I’m still working on how to prioritize this class with my others but for the most part everything is manageable.

This course definitely has more personal writing than high school. Literature is a fine topic to write on. But, I agree, writing from personal experience can feel more challenging and meaningful.
I definitely agree with the time management portion. It’s not ideal to write a 6-7 page essay in one sitting. This class has taught me that it doesn’t all have to be done at the same time, space things out it makes life a lot easier. I also can 100% relate to the push to include personal experiences, I feel like we have done a good amount of that in class and it’s such a relief.
