I stumbled upon this article while looking for interesting board of directors ideas. The author proposes created a board of directors to assist her family in managing their finances. In addition to family members, the board is also comprised of close friends and financial experts. It takes a lot of trust (and humility) to share your finances with even the closest of friends. However, quite often our best friends know us better than we know ourselves, and are the ones we turn to for important advice and guidance during our lives. Could sharing our finances with a few outsiders bring a new perspective to our spending habits? Would you share your finances with friends, or even complete strangers?
