America Needs You
The Fellows Program is an intensive two-year program for high-achieving, low-income, first-generation college students. The program has four components: Intensive career development workshops, one-on-one mentorship,
robust networking, and holistic support.
• Neither of parents/guardians have a bachelor’s degree (in any country)
• U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or by the application deadline, eligible for full-time and
off-campus internships, as well as paid employment opportunities in the United States
• Freshman attending a CUNY 4-year University or Community College
• If attending community college, you must intend to transfer to a 4-year school (ANY
provides transfer support)
• Are Pell Grant eligible or considered low-income by NYS HUD guidelines
• In process of obtaining first associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree
• Available to attend regular Saturday workshops (workshops occur bi-weekly in Year 1
starting in July; monthly in Year 2)

INROADS
INROADS seeks high performing students for internship opportunities with some of the nation’s largest companies. Their rigorous career development training process challenges participants to commit to excellence and raise the bar on their personal expectations.
• Attending Regionally Accredited Colleges/Universities
• Full-Time Undergraduate College Student with at least 1 summer or 27 credit hours
remaining before graduating college
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher. First Semester College Freshmen with a 0.0 GPA
• Major or Career Interest in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering (STEM),
Software Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science/MIS, Healthcare,
Retail Management, and Liberal Arts
INROADS accepts applications year-round, however for priority consideration, it is recommended college

MLT
(Management Leadership for Tomorrow)
MLT is empowering a new generation of diverse leaders in business and technology. MLT’s Career Prep Program provides one-on-one coaching, personal clarity, career and leadership guidance, a powerful professional network, and access to top employers through leadership development seminars and technical-skill boot camps for emerging Black, Hispanic/Latinx and Native American/Indigenous student leaders. Other application criteria include:
• Graduation date between December 2022 and Spring/Summer 2023
• U.S citizenship or permanent legal residence (includes DACA participants)
• Interest in working full-time immediately after graduation (MLT has programming to help
fellows apply to full-time MBA Programs for those with 2+ years of work-experience)
• There is no minimum GPA to apply, but candidates below 3.0 should highlight their
demonstrated leadership and what they are doing to perform better academically

Multicultural Advertising Intern Program
MAIP allows students to work at prestigious advertising agencies, interact with advertising professionals on a day-today basis, and gain valuable professional credentials to get their first job in the industry. Students selected for the 22-
week fellowship program (12 weeks of virtual online training and a 10-week agency internship experience) will hone their skills in various advertising disciplines.
• A citizen or permanent resident of the United States (Visas are not accepted)
• Asian, Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander, Hispanic, Black, American Indian, or Multiracial
• Currently a college junior, senior, or graduate student at any accredited, degree-granting college
or university, or a student attending an established portfolio school
• Available for the full fellowship period (June 7, 2021 – August 13, 2021) and attend The Face of
Talent (August 9-13, 2021) with no pre-planned time off
• Maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Able to show your passion to kick start a career in advertising through your application

T-Howard Foundation’s Internship Program is dedicated to improving participation of diverse and
