Work-shopping my paper was definitely a big help for this assignment. Even though writing a rough draft is a bit annoying, it certainly comes in handy to be able to have a few extra pairs of eyes look at it and tell me what works and what could be better. It was beneficial because now I know that I need to work on making my paragraphs flow better with the thesis.
My peers gave me some really helpful tips to make my essay stronger for the final draft. Things like switching some paragraphs for a better flow, separation paragraphs because a new idea was introduced, and applying more close reading analysis where it is needed.
I know that I have a good, solid, thesis so I’m going to apply all of the corrections I was given to my final product without changing the overall thesis and point of my paper. It shouldn’t be too hard.
