The Moment that Harvey finds out that Mike has been detained he wants to do everything he can, to help Mike but couldn’t because of the risk of becoming a co-conspirator. Mike is willing to hold himself accountable and refuses to take anyone else down with him, which is shown as he denies a deal that would give him no jail time if he turns Harvey in. Harvey is offered a similar deal which grants him his freedom if he turns on Mike and his partner Jessica. Both men deny this deal which shows the importance of loyalty that has been strengthened throughout the show.
