Kimberly Chu, Program Director 
Kimberly Chu joined the Executives on Campus program in November 2014. As the Program Director, Kimberly is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the EOC program, as well as, serving as the mentor and mentee liaison to both prospective and current mentors.
Prior to joining Baruch, Kimberly served as the Senior Career Counselor in the Center for Career Development at Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC), providing individual and group career counseling in areas such as resume writing, interview building, networking, branding, utilizing social networking tools, career exploration, and interpretation of career assessments.
Kimberly holds a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education Administration, a Master’s degree in Counseling from the City University of New York, Hunter College, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stony Brook University in Sociology with a minor in Business.

Kanto Rasedoara, Assistant Director
Kanto Rasedoara joined the Executives On Campus program in June 2021 first as a Program manager and is now the program’s Assistant Director. Her role consists of supporting the Program Director with the recruitment, registration, selection, and matching process. She is also responsible for planning the production and logistics of events and professional development workshops during the school year.
Kanto has been a part of CUNY, both as a student and staff for 5+ years. Kanto has a BA in media communication studies from Lehman College and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from The City College of New York. Prior to Baruch, she worked at the BMCC Counseling Center where she provided support services for students. In addition to working at BMCC, Kanto has also worked for iMentor, where she played a key role in screening volunteer applicants who were interested in mentoring high school students from underserved communities in New York City.

Jerry Bautista, Program Assistant
Jerry Bautista joined the Executives on Campus Program in October 2022. As a Program Assistant, his role consists of providing technical support by interpreting ongoing reports of the program, creating internal and external data visualization, and overall maintaining EOC’s databases.
Jerry is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems at Baruch. Working with the EOC team has helped him increase his knowledge and has given him an experience on what it’s like to work a job in his desired field.
