History of Advertising

Advertisements were limited to the general public through newspapers and magazines. The ads which were mainly “goods on hands”, were never wider than a single column. Also, they were usually located at the end of newspapers and magazines.  With the shift in technology advertising changed considerably.   There were more media outlets for products which were now been produce in mass quantities.  Television, radio and the internet makes getting  advertising  information at a faster rate, and across a larger demographic.
