Shouldn’t we as students and stakeholders have a say on raises? (whether they are salary raises or tuition hikes)

The most frustrating part for me is to realize that most of these high administrators already have an extravagant salary, when compared to other managerial staff, and on top of that have their rents paid for by the University and the luxury of a chauffeur.
