For most sources and evidence, especially historical ones, it is best to read more than one and combine their evidence to create a better perspective of the historical event that had occurred. There are always more than one side to a story. Once you look at all or at least most of them, you will get a better understanding of what had happened on that event. If you just rely on one source, how would you know that they are telling the whole story. Maybe they’ve left some important factors that had occurred or their facts are inaccurate. Thus, it is also a good idea to check your sources if they are reliable ones, such as biographies and encyclopedias.
