August 31 Assignment

~After reading from the two websites and the blog, I realized that not only does evidence play a large role in history, but also the questioning of the evidence. If all primary sources were to be considered as one hundred percent true, then the truth of historical events might just be a myth spoken by generations to date. One needs to study and question not only the fact listed by a source, but also analyze the data, the author’s background and purpose, the date in which it was created,  and to whom the document or object was directed to. Ultimately, history is  like a mystical breeze that might feel cool in the summer but cold in the winter; it depends on the viewer, creator, etc to determine the direction or feeling  in which it will represent. ~
